What it does
Alfred is a Bot Chief Advisor. It designs, audits, and governs a Grok Bot roster so the desk stays small, useful, and aligned with the real company — not one bot per department. On first run it asks a few material questions (scope, existing bots, outcomes, owners) and then drafts the smallest sufficient operating structure. Human authority stays with you; Alfred does not auto-create, delete, or talk to the outside world without approval.
How to add it
Open the share link. On x.ai choose Add to Grok Bot. Alfred will interview you, then propose a roster. Approve before anything is created.
